- Allocating work based on the best organisation/person for the job
- Creating a one team culture
- Actively encouraging innovation and creativity
H5O was recently awarded national H&S excellence status by the Water Industry Achievement Awards, by collaborating with a visual impairment charity to develop a training programme focussed on street works and the visually impaired, which was praised as being ‘out of the ordinary and goes beyond business-as-usual health and safety.
